Shipping is free within the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Express Shipping Germany – €9.90
For deliveries within Germany, we additionally offer express shipping for €9.90.
Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days.
Express Shipping Europe – €14.90
For deliveries to the European countries listed above (excluding Germany), we additionally offer express shipping for €14.90.
Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days.
International Express Shipping – €49.00
For the following countries, express shipping is the only available shipping option. Shipping costs are €49.00:
Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States.
Estimated delivery time: 2–15 business days.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. Return shipping costs are also borne by the buyer.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of goods takes place:
- within Germany via standard shipping generally within 2–4 business days,
- within Europe via standard shipping generally within 2–7 business days,
- for international deliveries outside Europe generally within 2–15 business days,
following the conclusion of the contract and receipt of payment.
If an express shipping option is selected, the delivery times displayed during checkout shall apply.
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together in a single shipment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
